Advent Activities

We've been moving through our Advent activities at an alarming rate, surely the number of hours in the day must decrease by the time we get to December because they're going scarily quickly.  I was feeling quite organised back when I made Emilia's Santa sack and stocking but I'm starting to get a little freaked out by the things on the list still to be done.

It's all good fun though.  We've been setting up Christmas trees and turning on our Christmas lights (3 little angels).

Crafting up a storm - the popsicle sticks nativity scenes have been a hit.  Filling glass baubles with sequins was also a really good quick activity to do.

We've also been watching Christmas movies - Rudolph is a favourite, especially with Polly, singing Christmas songs and reading Christmas stories.  And activities with Aunty C who took the girls to build a bear to make Rudolph and Clarise, lucky little girls!  We have 2 very very excited girls in this household and little Emmy, she's just excited because her big sisters are.
