Matilda's new dress

While Matilda napped today I finished her dress. I'm quite happy with it but I am thinking I might add some red ric-rac along the bottom of it.


Also it's a bit shorter than I would have liked, but nothing a pair of matching bloomers won't take care of.


It's already starting to warm up around here so it won't be long before all the summer clothes are back out again.

I would like to be going to this concert tonight but instead I'll be at home picking up toys and hopefully doing some making for mothers group tomorrow - i think I want to make jam drops and I found a recipe for goats cheese fritters with olive tapenade i'd like to try out.
