I've had a couple of really good customer service experiences lately and since we never hear enough of those I thought I'd share.
I ordered this diary for next year a little while ago from Amazon.com (no, I'm not super organised I just thought it was pretty and I didn't want to forget about it by the end of the year). When I received it it had only been packaged in a slightly padded envelope (all the stuff I've ordered from Amazon in the past has been in a box?) and so by the time it got here it was all smushed and bent and not very pretty. It wasn't really that bad and it is a diary so I know mine is going to look like that after I've been using it for a couple of months but still you want it to look nice when you just get it right? So I emailed them to let them know and within about 30 minutes they had responded offering to either refund me 30% of the original price or post me a new one. Yay, thanks Amazon! I received my second one last week (still just in an envelope but in a lot better condition) so I'm happy. My cousin is also happy since I gave her the banged up version because Amazon didn't want it back.
Then the other day I ordered a water bottle for Matilda online from AlexandCharli and a little while after ordering I received an email from then saying that they had a special offer on at the moment to buy 1 get 1 free and if I hadn't noticed it on the website I could just send them an email back with my choice for my free one. Pretty nice of them I think since I hadn't noticed the offer at all and would have been none the wiser had I just got my 1 water bottle.
Doesn't good service just make you happy?

Good service literally makes the experience for me! Especially when it's online, and the process can be confusing or obnoxious...all I need is a friendly customer service agent or a little extra deal, and I am sold! :)
That planner is ever-lovin' fabulous! I always dread the search for a planner every year...you're definitely on top of the game!
